Sourcing Agents and Independent Invoicing

Our platform operates as a virtual hub that connects customers with a global network of professional sourcing agents ("Agents"). Each Agent featured or operating through our platform is an independent contractor and may provide services under their own legal business entity.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Independent Legal Entities
Each sourcing Agent is an independent business or legal entity and is not employed by or a subsidiary of Sourcing Easy Simplify. While we may present these Agents collectively under the Sourcing Easy Simplify banner for convenience, their operations, business practices, and invoicing are separate and distinct from Sourcing Easy Simplify.

• Separate Invoicing
  Agents may invoice you directly for their services using their own business names, terms, and payment details. These invoices are the sole responsibility of the respective Agent. Sourcing Easy Simplify does not collect payment on behalf of individual Agents unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.

• No Warranty or Liability for Third-Party Agents
  While we make reasonable efforts to vet and present qualified Agents, Sourcing Easy Simplify does not warrant or guarantee the quality, delivery, legality, or outcomes of services provided by any Agent. Any disputes, claims, or service issues must be addressed directly with the respective Agent.

• Due Diligence
  We recommend that customers perform appropriate due diligence before engaging any Agent. This includes confirming the Agent's credentials, terms of service, and legal entity status prior to entering into a business relationship or remitting payment.

• Use of the Platform
  By engaging with an Agent through our platform, you agree that your relationship is directly with that Agent and not with Sourcing Easy Simplify, unless otherwise specified in writing
